No wonder slimming drug or replacement meals diet plans, can change your relationship with food.
Creating a new relationship with food takes time and education.
We need to re educate ourselves in knowing what hunger is; what emotional eating is; and Our understanding of how food fits into our life.
Many years ago food and eating was for survival, but now it's what we do when socializing/entertaining.
For me food is my crutch when emotional. I'd love my journey to be plain sailing as in the picture below, but it's not and I'm real, over the last eleven weeks I have maintained, which is what I set my goal to do, in the run up to Christmas.
Always believe in yourself and the bigger picture, life is a journey and so is our weight loss xxx
