Cooking to Support our Satiety/GLP-1 – Group Talk – Week commencing 15th September 2025.

This week we went over the past few weeks' talks, reiterating the foods required to support satiety and giving a gentle nudge to our GLP-1 hormone.


At the group, we cooked creamy lemon garlic butter beans, which were enjoyed by most. Others were looking at what swaps they could make so that they could appease their personal tastes.



An alternative recipe that I said I would share is the bean mash, which I have been enjoying with homemade Scotch eggs.
