Cycling and Ice Skating are my passion.

I made a commitment to myself to have a healthy and happy retirement, leaving stress behind at the office in 2018.

I have lost 3 1/2 stone since retiring and feel completely happy with my current weight.

I have to have a target to work towards to keep me motivated, setting myself short term targets to manage my weight one step at a time.

I have been using my love of food and cycling to make my journey a pleasure, not a chore. Food is fuel for the body, listen to your body, it will tell you what it wants.
