Your 'Why' is crucial to your journeys success.
There is no sugar-coating to losing weight, it is hard work and more so maintaining your achievements.
Losing weight takes time, effort, and commitment, and if you rush picking a diet or joining a gym, concentrating mainly on food and activity, you will struggle, because to keep you motivated is your mindset, and key to your mindset is your 'Why'.
Knowing your 'Why' is crucial to your success whether its improving your health, boosting your confidence, being active with your children/grand children, it needs to be a personal reason that is strong enough to get you through the toughest of days, to achieve your ultimate goal.
What is your 'Why'? Is your 'Why' still powerful enough to motivate you to achieve your goals;

Lets ask ourselves some personal questions;

Keeping your 'Why' in mind is the key to success, as it keeps you focused, when faced with challenges, but remembering we are not perfect (No one is) and sometimes its being aware of why we are eating the food we are, and identifying the reason, so that we can change the cycle long term.
Setting mini goals along our journeys way is another great motivator to support our 'Why'.
There are just nine (9) weeks until June and the beginning of summer, set yourself a measurable goal.

etc...
Write your Why and your goal on the back of our summer challenge sheets and tick off the suns as you achieve , and all completed sheets will be entered into a draw to help motivate and support your journey to your 'WHY'.
