After two struggling weeks I worked very hard at being on track this week, by planning my evening meals in advance. Utilising the Slow Cooker and planned Air-fried meals resulting in 1lb off. This is something I hope to keep going this week, even though yesterday was hard, due to exhaustion and inturn a horrendous headache.
I need to work on my balance this week, as my nutrients weren't as needed, ie my Fibre which is very important was extremely low. Here's to another more focused week xxx
