I'm loving the feeling of accountability and being back on track, yesterday's quote "If not now, when?" - Hillel the Elder, is very appropriate as whilst I celebrated Ian's my husbands birthday, enjoying the food choices I made, I didn't eat blindly all was tracked and all was accounted for, a great result 1lb off.
