We all have days even weeks on our weight loss journeys where we feel everything is a struggle, and its easy to slip back to old habits if we think negatively, but by showing ourselves kindness is selfcare and motivates us to stay positive maintaining those good habits to hold on to reap the benefits because they will come.
Never compare your journey with another we all work at different speeds and every journal is unique, no two journeys are the same even within identical twins.
Remember its persistence and not perfection that helps us achieve our goals, also speak to yourself as you would your close friend offering encouragement and kindness.
