Great news after speaking to EE again, this time the Melton Mowbray Store, an EE Colleague and a manager contacted the head office to discuss my case further, as they agreed with me that a 90 day ban with no warning or identification of the new terms and condition is a bit harsh, especially as the staff themselves were unaware.
I'm pleased to report that EE have lifted the ban and have advised me of the new protocols now in place, regarding the new laws in place. So now I have setup a counter app on my phone to keep records of my texting, to make sure i never get a ban xxx
