This quote is very appropriate, as after a great week last week, the emotions took control this week, and I feared the scales this morning, but I trust in the process and I know i will face the new week with courage to continue. So I stood on the step of DOOM, and was over the moon with a gain of just +0.5lb.
I think for me the biggest step was increasing my NEAT two weeks running and embracing the new researched advice of eating 30 Different Plants a week. I've discovered I follow a Plant Forward Diet. xxx
