Me twenty plus years ago.
I started my journey 3rd January 2013
From that day I have never turned back, I still haven't reached my goal, but I have tracked everyday, the good, the bad, and the darn right ugly.
Some days I'm not on it, life gets in the way. But my journey is real and I know every meal and every new day is an opportunity to be on track.
Remember no journey is smooth, think about traveling from here to the next town, and how many twists, turns, junctions and pot holes you come across, navigate or even hit.
Believe in yourself and you will achieve your goals and maintain them in time xxx
